Revizora

1. Overview
Revizora is how ZGroup Mobile prepares a game, an app, a video, or a story for another language, another screen, or another brand. The original stays the original. What changes is the version a portal, a store, or an operator can actually put in front of people.
It sits beside mLocalization and Content2Mobile, which stay on this site. mLocalization is the language work. Content2Mobile is the move onto a handset. Revizora is the wider brief: one core, then the languages, the layouts, and the skins that belong to a market.
This is a service we shape with you. It is not a switch that converts any file by itself, and it is not a promise that every older package will run on every new device. If the source or the rights are missing, that is said in the open.
2. What the work includes
Localize
Interface words, the store listing, subtitles, and voice lines you approve. A glossary keeps the same term from meaning two things. Arabic and any other right-to-left language are laid out from the right, including buttons, icons, and the order of a screen.
Reskin
Colors, icons, characters, sound, and a seasonal set, using art you supply or art you accept. A winter version, a match-day version, or an operator skin keeps the same play underneath.
Revive
A written look at an older game or app: what the source is, what the rights allow, and what would have to be rebuilt for a current phone, tablet, or television. Java, Symbian, and other older packages are not converted by a single click.
Reformat
The same title fitted to a phone, a tablet, a smart TV, or a set-top box. Captions, a lighter file for a slow network, and a frame that does not crop the picture.
Release
- A list of what changed, screen by screen.
- The words and art that were accepted, and the items still open.
- Store text, captions, and the notes an operator needs to place the version.
- The screens we checked, and the screens we could not check because the source was not there.
3. Questions we are asked
Who is it for?
Publishers, content owners, brands that hold a license, and operators who need a title to feel local on a portal, a store, or a living-room screen.
Is it only a string file?
No. A line that spills out of a button, or a sentence that runs the wrong way on an Arabic screen, is not a finished version. The words are read on the screen they will sit on. Taste and culture stay a review by a person. We do not say a machine has judged them.
What do you need from us?
- The original, or access to it.
- The languages and the countries you are allowed to use.
- Brand rules, if the version carries another name.
- A person who can accept or reject the words and the art.
Which languages?
English, Arabic, French, and German are languages this site and this service already work in. Other languages are taken project by project. A language is finished when a reviewer accepts it.
Can one core feed many packs?
Yes. That is the point. A seasonal pack or a country pack starts from the accepted core, so the second market is not a second invention. We do not invent a license you do not hold, and we do not place another company's mark on the art unless you have the right to use it.
4. A pilot
One title. One or two languages. One screen size. The same screens, before and after. A short list of what is still open. You can stop there, or go on to more markets.
There is no public price list. The work depends on the title, the languages, and the screens. To discuss a pilot, email [email protected] and put Revizora in the subject, or use the contact page.
5. Related on this site
mLocalization, Content2Mobile, Catazora for the record of what may be offered where, and Storymize when the original is a story rather than a game.
