Text-only checks find Arabic characters, bidi control characters, and placeholder differences. They do not approve visual RTL layout, fonts, truncation, or cultural quality.

The file is read as text only and never executed. It reports simple external URLs; packaged assets and network rules still need a human review.

Checks pasted records only. It does not fetch a domain, verify seller authorization, traffic quality, or fraud status.

Simple CSV only; quoted commas are not supported. Expected columns: title, territory, rights_holder, expiry_date (YYYY-MM-DD), reference. This is an expiry reminder, not legal clearance.
